  1. Oversee all tax-related matters for our customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing tax efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities for our customers.
  3. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all tax-related inquiries and issues from customers.
  5. Review and approve tax filings and reports prepared by junior tax team members.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax compliance in all business activities.
  7. Provide guidance and training to junior tax team members.
  8. Conduct periodic audits to identify any potential tax risks and implement corrective actions.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
  10. Communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency in tax-related processes.
  12. Prepare and present tax-related reports and analysis to senior management.
  13. Represent the company in tax-related audits and investigations.
  14. Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing any tax-related concerns or issues from customers.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards while performing tax-related duties.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Tax Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Tax Operations, Preferably In A Senior Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Expertise In Corporate Tax Laws: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Knowledge Of Corporate Tax Laws, Including Both Domestic And International Regulations, In Order To Effectively Advise And Guide The Organization On Tax Matters.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Tax Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Tax Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Tax Strategies And Initiatives, Resulting In Cost Savings And Compliance With Tax Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Internal Stakeholders And External Tax Authorities, Therefore Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships.
