- Oversee all tax-related matters for our customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing tax efficiency.
- Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities for our customers.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all tax-related inquiries and issues from customers.
- Review and approve tax filings and reports prepared by junior tax team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax compliance in all business activities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior tax team members.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify any potential tax risks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
- Communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency in tax-related processes.
- Prepare and present tax-related reports and analysis to senior management.
- Represent the company in tax-related audits and investigations.
- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing any tax-related concerns or issues from customers.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards while performing tax-related duties.
10+ Years Of Experience In Tax Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Tax Operations, Preferably In A Senior Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations.
Expertise In Corporate Tax Laws: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Knowledge Of Corporate Tax Laws, Including Both Domestic And International Regulations, In Order To Effectively Advise And Guide The Organization On Tax Matters.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Tax Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Tax Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Tax Strategies And Initiatives, Resulting In Cost Savings And Compliance With Tax Regulations.
