  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities for business growth.
  2. Develop and maintain robust customer and market segmentation models to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
  4. Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously enhance analysis methods and processes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather data and insights and support business objectives.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate findings and recommendations.
  8. Use data to monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve them.
  10. Mentor and train junior analysts and provide guidance and support on data analysis techniques and methodologies.
  11. Adhere to data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure and systems for efficient data management and analysis.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  15. Represent Aviva in industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in customer and marketing analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Analytics Or Marketing Role.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling Techniques, Such As Regression Analysis And Segmentation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Customer Behavior.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders.
