  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments for potential customers seeking accident and health insurance coverage.
  2. Analyze and evaluate underwriting data to determine the level of risk and appropriate insurance rates.
  3. Communicate with brokers, agents, and customers to gather necessary information and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Collaborate with other underwriters and team members to ensure accurate risk assessments and consistent underwriting standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make informed underwriting decisions.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies and handle policy renewals.
  7. Monitor and review existing policies to identify potential risks and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
  9. Provide training and support to junior underwriters, as needed.
  10. Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of underwriting strategies and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
