  1. Develop and implement innovative and competitive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of the organization and create reward programs that align with company goals and values.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on market trends and best practices to ensure Aviva's rewards remain competitive in the industry.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing reward programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as benefit providers and compensation consultants.
  6. Communicate and educate employees on Aviva's reward programs and policies, including eligibility and enrollment processes.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and HR colleagues on reward-related matters.
  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to rewards and benefits.
  9. Participate in the development of the overall HR strategy and contribute to the achievement of company goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in rewards and make recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline reward processes and procedures.
  12. Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by promoting a fair and equitable reward system.
  13. Act as a champion for employee engagement and work to enhance the overall employee experience at Aviva.
  14. Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding any reward-related inquiries or concerns.
  15. Contribute to the development and maintenance of Aviva's employer brand and reputation.
