Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Reward Programs, Including Market Trends, Best Practices, And Legal Requirements.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
