We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to build relationships and provide solutions tailored to our customers’ individual needs.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations, and demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding to our customers. Additionally, they must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
