Job Description

At Aviva, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Relationship Manager who can help us build strong relationships with our customers. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is a great communicator and has a deep understanding of the financial services industry.The successful candidate will have solid experience in a relationship management role, preferably in the financial services sector. They will need to be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects. They should have a strong commercial acumen and be able to develop effective business plans to ensure the best customer outcomes.The Relationship Manager will be a key member of our team, working closely with our customers, partners and other stakeholders. They will be responsible for managing relationships at all stages of the customer journey and will be expected to proactively identify opportunities to grow our customer base.The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, and have a passion for working with people. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to grow our customer base.
  3. Develop effective business plans to ensure the best customer outcomes.
  4. Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
  5. Utilize customer relationship management software to track customer relationships.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
  8. Work with teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
  10. Provide recommendations to improve customer service processes.
