  1. Conduct thorough and detailed quality checks on all products and services to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
  2. Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies.
  4. Create and execute test plans and cases to ensure the functionality and usability of products and services.
  5. Monitor and track product and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify potential quality issues and work towards resolving them.
  7. Participate in product and service development meetings to provide quality assurance input and ensure quality is built into all stages of the process.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and systems.
  9. Communicate and report on quality assurance findings and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Uphold a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed their expectations.
  11. Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the organization.
  12. Train and mentor new team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline quality assurance processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies while handling sensitive customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.

  • Experience With Test Automation And Scripting Tools Such As Selenium And Cucumber.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Document Defects.
