  2. Utilize a keen eye for detail to create visually appealing and intuitive designs.
  3. Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.

  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of UX principles, design trends, and emerging technologies.

  7. Continuously seek to improve and learn, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporating feedback.
  8. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  10. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  11. Contribute to the overall improvement of the design process and workflow.
  12. Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
  13. Stay updated on industry and competitor trends to inform design decisions.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  15. Act as an ambassador for user-centric design within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Product Design, Interaction Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably Within The Insurance Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Successful Projects, Including Wireframes, Prototypes, And Final Designs.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Defend Design Decisions To Stakeholders.
