Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale People Transformation Initiatives, Preferably Within A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Embedding New Ways Of Working.
Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For Talent Development, Organizational Design, And Cultural Transformation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
