Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of pensions for Aviva’s customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant pension regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Process pension applications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of pension administration data.
- Liaise with customers, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints concerning pensions.
- Monitor and review pension administration processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Remain up-to-date with changes in pension regulations and legislation.
- Support the pension team with other duties as required.
