Job Description

At Aviva, we are looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of pensions for our customers. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for the pension industry, then this could be the perfect role for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a pension administration role, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a working knowledge of relevant pension regulations. You should also be computer literate and have excellent numerical and communication skills.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to delivering accurate and timely administrative support. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the efficient and accurate administration of pensions for Aviva’s customers.
  2. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant pension regulations.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and support.
  4. Process pension applications accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure accurate record keeping of pension administration data.
  6. Liaise with customers, employers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Resolve customer queries and complaints concerning pensions.
  8. Monitor and review pension administration processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Remain up-to-date with changes in pension regulations and legislation.
  10. Support the pension team with other duties as required.
