Aviva is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pension Administrator to join our team. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our pension scheme members. You will be required to administer and maintain accurate records of our pension scheme members and provide excellent customer service to scheme members.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a pensions or financial services environment and knowledge of pensions legislation is essential. You should also have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering a first-class service to our pension scheme members. You should be able to work well as part of a team and have the ability to work independently and use initiative. Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain accurate records of pension scheme members.
- Provide excellent customer service to scheme members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with scheme members.
- Ensure compliance with pensions legislation.
- Provide advice and guidance to scheme members.
- Respond to enquiries from scheme members.
- Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and update pension scheme regulations and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on pension scheme activity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheme members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, to complete tasks.
- Work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Work well in a team environment.
