Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pension Administrator to join our Aviva team. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of pension schemes to a range of clients. You will be a key contact for clients, dealing with queries and managing their pension scheme in line with their requirements.The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a range of pension schemes for clients, ensuring that they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  2. Serve as a primary contact for clients, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records of pension scheme activities.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve issues related to pension schemes.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail.
  6. Utilize a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office products, to manage pension schemes.
  7. Monitor and review existing pension schemes to ensure they are meeting the needs of clients.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of pension schemes.
  9. Adhere to all relevant policies and regulations relating to pension schemes.
  10. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external parties to ensure the effective delivery of pension schemes.
