The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the pension industry, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in the pension administration sector• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work assignments• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer softwareWe are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues regarding their pensions

• Prepare reports and documents related to pension plans and payments
• Educate clients on pension regulations and their rights and responsibilities
• Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution
