Job Description

Aviva is looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team. We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the pension industry, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in the pension administration sector• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work assignments• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer softwareWe are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues regarding their pensions

• Manage and process pension contributions and payments

• Develop and implement strategies for providing efficient customer service

• Monitor and review pension regulations and legislation to ensure compliance

• Prepare reports and documents related to pension plans and payments

• Educate clients on pension regulations and their rights and responsibilities

• Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of pension plans and payments

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pension industry

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and improve processes and procedures
