You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a professional and confident attitude.You should also be numerate, have excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes in accordance with pensions legislation.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of pension contributions and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of pension members and their contributions.
- Monitor and review pension investments to ensure maximum returns.
- Respond to customer queries regarding pensions and provide accurate and timely advice.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, and maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all pension accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.
- Monitor and review changes in pension regulations, and implement relevant changes when necessary.
