- Develop and implement HRIS strategies and processes to support the overall HR goals and objectives of the company.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of all HR data and information within the HRIS system.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HRIS and data management to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Train and provide ongoing support to HR team members on the use of the HRIS system.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for HR data management processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR data and system-related inquiries and issues.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Lead and manage special projects related to HRIS and data management, as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the HR team.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior HR team members in the area of HRIS and data management.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris And Data Management, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Workday, Sap, And Microsoft Excel.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.
