  1. Develop and implement HRIS strategies and processes to support the overall HR goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of all HR data and information within the HRIS system.
  3. Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HRIS and data management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  7. Train and provide ongoing support to HR team members on the use of the HRIS system.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for HR data management processes.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR data and system-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  11. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Lead and manage special projects related to HRIS and data management, as needed.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the HR team.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to junior HR team members in the area of HRIS and data management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris And Data Management, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Workday, Sap, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.
