Aviva is looking for an experienced and motivated Loss Control Consultant to join our team. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills who is passionate about helping our customers protect their assets. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, including experience in loss control and risk management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. This position requires a personable, professional individual who is able to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders and who will bring enthusiasm and dedication to the team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for Aviva’s customers.
- Analyze customers’ exposures to potential losses and develop appropriate loss control measures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer’s loss control programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on risk management and loss control.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on risk management and loss control topics.
- Update and maintain records of customer risk management activities and policies.
- Monitor changes in the insurance and risk management industry and assess impact on customers.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Attend industry conferences and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends in loss control and risk management.
