Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain knowledge of the insurance market, legal and regulatory framework of the insurance industry.
2. Analyze and assess customer insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage.
3. Make sound decisions regarding customer insurance coverage.
4. Follow all relevant regulations and best practices when underwriting insurance policies.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor and review existing policies to ensure they remain up to date and in compliance with regulations.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Manage customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with insurers and other relevant stakeholders.
