  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of Aviva's insurance products.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

  8. Implement and maintain processes and systems to track and measure performance and report on progress to senior management.
  9. Identify and address any operational inefficiencies that may impact insurance product performance and profitability.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Aviva, representing the company's values and commitment to providing exceptional insurance solutions.

Job Qualifications
