
Institutional Sales Director (Real Assets)

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth in the Real Assets division, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and target institutional clients in the real assets space, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability for the company while also meeting the needs and expectations of the client.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment managers and product specialists, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and commitment to exceptional service.
- Continuously seek out new ways to improve sales processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Institutional Sales, Preferably In The Real Assets Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Building And Maintaining Relationships With Institutional Clients, Such As Pension Funds, Endowments, And Foundations.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Real Estate, Infrastructure, And/Or Private Equity Investments.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Investment Strategies To Potential Clients And Close Deals.
