- Develop and implement global brand strategy: The Global Brand & Campaigns Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Aviva's overall business objectives. This includes establishing brand guidelines, messaging, and positioning.
- Lead global campaigns: This role will oversee the planning, development, and execution of global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance: The Global Brand & Campaigns Lead will continuously monitor the performance of the Aviva brand across all markets and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.
- Manage brand budget: This role will be responsible for managing the budget for global brand initiatives and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with regional teams: The Global Brand & Campaigns Lead will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and campaigns across all markets.
