- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the company on matters related to finance law.
- Review and negotiate contracts with financial institutions, partners, and vendors to ensure legal compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory issues and find effective solutions.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to finance law, if necessary.

A Juris Doctor (J.d) Degree Or Equivalent From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Finance Law, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Institution Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Laws.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Sound Legal Advice In Complex Financial Matters.
Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Complex Transactions, Including Mergers And Acquisitions, Financing Agreements, And Securities Offerings.
