  1. Design and implement data architecture strategies to support the efficient and effective management of enterprise data.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop data architecture solutions to meet them.
  3. Lead the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across the organization.
  4. Define and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to optimize data storage, processing, and analysis.
  6. Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data architecture solutions with existing systems and applications.
  7. Conduct data audits and perform data profiling to identify data quality issues and develop remediation strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain data architecture documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
  9. Monitor and manage data architecture performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and proactively apply them to enhance Aviva's data capabilities.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and innovation.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, translating technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
  13. Mentor and guide junior data architects in their professional development and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  14. Lead the implementation of data architecture projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  15. Uphold Aviva's values and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Architecture And Management, With A Focus On Enterprise-Level Systems.
