  13. Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that customer strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  15. Stay informed of regulatory changes and ensure that customer strategies comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
