Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Develop customer relationships and build brand loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Utilize customer service best practices and provide solutions to customer issues.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the customer database.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and review customer survey results.
  7. Assist in resolving customer disputes and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  8. Identify customer service trends to inform process improvements.
  9. Provide timely feedback to customers regarding their inquiries.
  10. Adhere to Aviva's customer service policies and procedures.
