Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients in a timely and professional manner • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and other communication channels as needed • Resolve customer service issues and provide solutions in a positive and efficient manner • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers • Remain up to date on all Aviva products and services • Maintain accurate customer records in customer service software • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations • Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills • Support other team members when needed
