  1. Conduct market research to gather insights and data on customer behavior, needs, and preferences.
  2. Analyze research findings to identify key trends and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  3. Develop and implement research methodologies, surveys, and other data collection methods to gather customer insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a customer-centric approach to business strategies and decision-making.
  5. Use data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights and research.
  7. Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external research vendors and partners.
  9. Develop and manage customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  10. Lead the development of customer personas and journey maps to inform business strategies.
  11. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
  12. Work closely with product development teams to ensure customer needs and preferences are considered in new product development.
  13. Train and mentor team members on research methodologies and techniques.
  14. Continuously improve and refine research processes and methodologies to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop customer-centric messaging and campaigns.
  16. Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Market Research Or Customer Insights Role.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Insights To Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies, Including Survey Design, Focus Groups, And Customer Segmentation.
