  4. Utilize underwriting guidelines and policies to evaluate and price risks accurately.

  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Communicate with clients and brokers to address inquiries, concerns, and provide necessary information.
  9. Prepare and present reports to management regarding underwriting activities, market trends, and potential risks.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and legal, to ensure efficient handling of claims and compliance with regulations.
  11. Continuously review and improve underwriting processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
  12. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence.
  13. Train and mentor junior underwriters to develop their skills and knowledge in corporate property underwriting.
  14. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry developments.
  15. Adhere to company values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting Commercial Property Risks In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Assess Risks And Make Sound Underwriting Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Trends, As Well As A Commitment To Staying Up-To-Date On Changes And Developments In The Market.
