Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:

1. Ensure that the company’s business practices remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and review the company’s compliance policies and procedures for effectiveness.
3. Develop and implement new policies and procedures, as needed, to ensure compliance.
4. Oversee and monitor the company’s compliance program and operations.
5. Investigate potential compliance issues and provide advice to management.
6. Create and maintain compliance-related training materials and programs.
7. Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Keep abreast of changing laws and regulations and assess the impact on the company’s operations.
10. Prepare reports and other documents related to compliance activities.
