  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve the customer claims experience for Accident Benefits.
  2. Analyze claims data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that enhance the claims process and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Lead a team of analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, to drive business objectives.

  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

  13. Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Analytics, Preferably In The Accident Benefits Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau.

  • Experience With Predictive Modeling And Machine Learning Algorithms.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
