  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current business systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and integration.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external API providers and internal technical teams.
  4. Design and implement efficient and effective API integrations that meet business requirements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with API integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of API integrations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  7. Document all API integrations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in API technology, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs with existing systems and processes.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users on new API integrations and updates.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of API integrations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and provide updates on API integration projects.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of API integration projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably With Experience In Api Integration And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Api Design Principles, Protocols, And Standards Such As Rest, Soap, And Json.

  • Experience With Api Management Platforms Such As Mulesoft, Apigee, Or Ibm Api Connect.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
