- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to identify business process improvement opportunities and determine the best approach for implementing API solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business systems and processes to identify areas for optimization and integration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external API providers and internal technical teams.
- Design and implement efficient and effective API integrations that meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with API integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of API integrations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Document all API integrations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably With Experience In Api Integration And Development.
Strong Understanding Of Api Design Principles, Protocols, And Standards Such As Rest, Soap, And Json.
Experience With Api Management Platforms Such As Mulesoft, Apigee, Or Ibm Api Connect.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
