  1. Monitor and analyze banking regulations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on regulatory changes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective risk management processes.
  5. Review and assess new banking products and services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on the status of banking oversight activities.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to inform decision-making.
  8. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to banking oversight.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in current processes and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Train and educate team members on banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  11. Conduct investigations and provide support in case of compliance breaches or issues.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of all banking oversight activities.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits and examinations.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on best practices and network with peers.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of banking oversight processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Banking Oversight And Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Laws, Including But Not Limited To Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Basel Iii.

  • Experience Working With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Regulators, Auditors, And Internal Teams, To Ensure Compliance And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations.
