- Monitor and analyze banking regulations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective risk management processes.
- Review and assess new banking products and services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on the status of banking oversight activities.

- Train and educate team members on banking regulations and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all banking oversight activities.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Banking Oversight And Compliance.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Laws, Including But Not Limited To Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Basel Iii.
Experience Working With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Regulators, Auditors, And Internal Teams, To Ensure Compliance And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations.
