Job Description

At Aviva, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as AVP, HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and drive employee engagement. We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR and a passion for building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  2. Drive employee engagement by creating and implementing initiatives and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, managers, and employees.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance the organization's HR practices.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  7. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  9. Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to enhance employee development and performance.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in the development and management of the HR budget.
  14. Represent the organization at external HR events and conferences.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Business Leaders To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Drive Business Results.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
