  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies for our Critical Illness Auto business to drive profitability and growth.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for pricing improvements.
  3. Lead a team of pricing experts to conduct thorough data analysis and provide pricing recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of pricing strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact pricing decisions.
  7. Communicate complex pricing information to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Work closely with the actuarial team to ensure accurate and timely pricing models.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  11. Conduct regular audits and reviews of pricing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure pricing systems and tools are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
  13. Manage pricing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to pricing strategies.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Pricing For The Auto Insurance Industry.
