  8. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze customer data, including CRM systems, social media analytics, and web analytics.
  9. Develop and present reports and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  10. Continuously evaluate and refine audience targeting strategies to improve overall customer engagement and satisfaction.
