In this role, you will play a key part in managing our structured and private debt investments, working closely with our team of experienced professionals to drive success and growth in this area.   1. Develop and implement strategies for managing structured and private debt investments.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with team members to evaluate and assess potential investments.
  4. Monitor and manage existing investments, ensuring they align with company goals and risk appetite.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other internal teams.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments related to structured and private debt.
  7. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments.
  9. Assist with the negotiation and structuring of investment deals.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize investment strategies and processes.
  13. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to identify cross-functional opportunities.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of Aviva's overall business and goals to effectively contribute to company growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Structured And Private Debt Markets, Including A Strong Understanding Of The Various Investment Strategies And Products In This Space.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Private Debt Investments, With A Focus On Delivering Strong Risk-Adjusted Returns For Investors.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modelling Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Thorough Due Diligence And Identify Attractive Investment Opportunities In A Rapidly Changing Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal Stakeholders And External Partners, Such As Private Debt Issuers And Other Market Participants.

  • An Advanced Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field And Relevant Professional Certifications (Such As Cfa Or Caia) Are Highly Preferred, Along With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Private Debt Investing Or A Related Field.
