- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for the API platform, ensuring the quality and functionality of all APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test cases
- Manage and lead a team of software testers, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing activities
- Conduct regular reviews of test cases and results, identifying and addressing any issues or defects
- Communicate test progress and results to project stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in API testing, incorporating new techniques and tools as needed
- Work closely with developers and product owners to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs
- Implement and maintain testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of the API platform
- Mentor and train team members on testing processes and procedures, promoting a culture of quality and excellence
- Represent the API platform team in project meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Testing, With A Focus On Api Testing And Management.
Strong Understanding Of Api Architecture And Design Principles, As Well As Experience With Api Management Tools Such As Apigee Or Mulesoft.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Testers, With The Ability To Coach And Mentor Team Members.
Extensive Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies, Including Both Manual And Automated Testing Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Api Projects.
