- Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of financial data to support the development of capital forecasting models.
- Collaborate with other members of the actuarial team to ensure consistency and accuracy of forecasted results.
- Utilize advanced actuarial techniques and tools to analyze and interpret data, identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and understanding of capital forecasting initiatives.
- Evaluate and assess the potential impact of economic and regulatory changes on our capital resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of our capital resources, identifying any potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new capital forecasting processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends related to capital forecasting and apply relevant knowledge to improve our forecasting methods.
- Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to capital forecasting and reporting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Work, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Statistical Concepts, Including Risk Management And Capital Forecasting.
Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python, As Well As Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Information Effectively To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
