Innovation Engineer
This role will support the development of Avery Dennison’s Innovation technology platforms and portfolios, with an emphasis on new and innovative ideas and strategies that are needed to address market growth and strategic objectives. Identify and evaluate long-term strategic technologies. Drive the innovation process, research, planning and management innovation projects Works with Engineers, Designers and Partners to develop concepts. Creates project specifications and quotation documentation. Create technical specifications for new technology and lead the Factory Acceptance tests and sign offs. Work with vendors to create prototypes and generate proof-of-concepts, with an eye towards commercialization at scale.
Experience in creating FEA to aid design
Minimum 5 years of work experience in engineering and innovation
Technical Expertise in roll to roll manufacturing processes.
