
HR Generalist
Assists employees in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, initiatives, services and/or activities. Responsible for recruitment and organizational planning to facilitate the hiring and retention of high potential employees. Coordinate preparation and placement of recruitment advertising. Assure compliance with EEO regulations. Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state requirements. Conduct information and training sessions to develop employees, provide support and problem resolution. Be an effective HR coach, observing and giving honest feedback to leaders to help develop their capacity to lead and excel professionally. Participate in and lead key HR projects or initiatives.
3-5 years HR or related experience.
Knowledgeable on employment laws, HR procedures and practices.
Knowledgeable on function specific activities, such as recruitment techniques.
