Job Description

The Commercial Services Representative supports all aspects of the Reflective Solutions and Digital Inks businesses by providing superior, world-class customer service to both external and internal customers, at all levels, via multiple contact channels. Be engaged and passionate about our business and customers! Order processing ensuring pricing integrity; follow-up on deliveries and complete order fulfillment. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner providing information on products, services, and more. Coordinate customer feedback with Claims, Quality, and Tech Services teams ensuring appropriate investigation and resolution.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer service experience

  • Ring Central experience a plus

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Ability to work remotely and/or extended hours as business needs dictate
