Lead, coordinate and assist in day to day team operations ensuring effective communication. Assist in establishing annual budgets for manufacturing, including overtime, supplies and equipment expenditures. Review and correct cost variances researching issues and putting corrective action plans in place. Manage Shift Managers (Coating and Material Handling) in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures. Participate in production and plant leadership team (PLT) meetings; communicating goals/objectives/priorities to the team. Support the development and implementation of Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement Programs. Lead Production teams in achievement of production requirements.
