Keyholder

The keyholder is responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly and meets our customers’ needs. We are looking for a reliable, organized individual with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of our products and services, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the store as required
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Helping customers select products and services that best meet their needs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assisting with merchandising tasks, including setting up displays and restocking shelves
• Ensuring that the store meets all safety protocols and procedures
• Assisting with restocking and inventory control
• Training and managing new sales associates
• Monitoring store security and reporting any suspicious activity
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
