Keyholder

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, including monitoring customer service, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
2. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and accurately.
3. Monitor stock levels and ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
4. Assist with opening and closing the store, including setting up displays, restocking shelves, and cashing out customers.
5. Participate in team training sessions and ensure all team members are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
6. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and store expenses.
8. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
