Keyholder

Aveda is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Keyholder to join our team and help us create an outstanding beauty experience for our customers. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a retail environment, a passion for the beauty industry, and a strong customer service background. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Additionally, the ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly and effectively is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, building relationships and creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
2. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, using problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve any issues.
3. Monitor sales floor to ensure that all customers are being served and that standards of customer service are being upheld.
4. Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
5. Train and mentor new staff members on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
6. Assist with promotions and campaigns, helping to launch and market new products.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as all safety regulations.
8. Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash drawer records.
9. Provide support to the store manager as needed.
