Responsibilites:

  1. Monitor customer service to ensure that it is of the highest quality.
  2. Maintain knowledge of current retail trends and technologies.
  3. Assist in developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  4. Train, motivate, and lead employees in customer service and sales techniques.
  5. Supervise day-to-day operations of the store.
  6. Ensure that store policies and guidelines are adhered to.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
  8. Monitor cash registers to ensure accuracy of transactions.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
