We are currently seeking a Workplace Violence Mitigation Education Manager to join our team and help us in our mission to mitigate and prevent workplace violence. As the Workplace Violence Mitigation Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing education programs to educate and train our employees on how to identify, prevent, and respond to potential acts of violence in the workplace.   1. Develop and implement workplace violence education programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
  2. Conduct assessments to identify potential areas of workplace violence and develop strategies to mitigate and prevent them.
  3. Collaborate with HR, security, and other departments to ensure all policies and procedures related to workplace violence are up to date and effective.
  4. Create and deliver training sessions and workshops for employees to learn about identifying warning signs of potential violence, de-escalation techniques, and proper response protocols.
  5. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in workplace violence prevention and mitigation.
  6. Act as a resource for employees and management regarding workplace violence concerns and provide guidance on how to address and report any potential incidents.
  7. Work with outside agencies and organizations to gather and share information on workplace violence prevention and mitigation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement and mental health professionals, to enhance workplace violence prevention efforts.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace violence education programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their continued success.
  10. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues related to workplace violence and promote a safe and secure work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workplace Violence Prevention Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Workplace Violence Prevention

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Staff On Workplace Violence Mitigation Strategies

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills To Develop And Implement Workplace Violence Prevention Programs And Protocols.
