3. Enforce all facility policies and procedures related to security, including access control, visitor management, and code of conduct.
4. Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
5. Conduct security checks and screenings as required, including bag checks and metal detector screenings.
6. Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and follow established protocols for incident management.
7. Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with patient transport or responding to patient alarms.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all security activities, incidents, and investigations.
9. Continuously monitor and assess security risks and make recommendations for improvements to the security program.
10. Attend and actively participate in all required training and meetings to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
