Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Atrium Health Requires All Triage Rns To Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Current Rn License: Candidates Must Hold A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Ob/Gyn: Atrium Health Prefers Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Ob/Gyn Setting, Specifically In Triage.
Bcls And Acls Certification: Triage Rns Must Hold Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (Bcls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Triage Rn, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial. Candidates Must Also Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills To Make Quick And Accurate Assessments In Emergency Situations.
