- Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of trauma recovery and resilience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to conduct meaningful research.
- Design and oversee research studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and research institutions.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders within Atrium Health.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and research staff.

Advanced Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field: A Strong Candidate For The Trauma Recovery & Resilience Research Lead Position At Atrium Health Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Candidates With A Doctoral Degree.
Extensive Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Conducting Research In The Field Of Trauma Recovery And Resilience, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Publications And Grant Funding.
Expertise In Trauma-Informed Care: A Deep Understanding Of Trauma-Informed Care And Evidence-Based Practices For Trauma Recovery Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Trauma Survivors And A Thorough Understanding Of Trauma-Related Disorders.
